User Statuses
Users can have one of several statuses

Inactive |
Newly created user who has not yet set a password. |
Set up a password. |

Active |
User has set a password and has access to the icomply app and the web browser application. |
Can be set to Suspended or Archived via management system. |
|
Suspended |
User has had access to icomply revoked and cannot access their icomply profile. |
Can be re-activated or archived via management system. |
|
Blocked |
User has had access to icomply temporarily revoked following 5 incorrect log in attempts. |
Resets if user resets their password. |
