User Status

Users can have one of several statuses

Status Description How this is updated
Inactive Newly created user who has not yet set a password. Set up a password.
Active User has set a password and has access to the icomply app. Can be set to Suspended via management system.
Suspended User has had access to icomply revoked and does not have any documents assigned. Can be re-activated or archived via management system.
Blocked User has had access to icomply temporarily revoked following 5 incorrect log in attempts. Resets after 30 mins or if user resets their password.
