User Statuses

Users can have one of several statuses

Status	Description	How this is updated
Inactive	Newly created user who has not yet set a password.	Set up a password.
Active	User has set a password and has access to the icomply app and the web browser application.	Can be set to Suspended or Archived via management system.
Suspended	User has had access to icomply revoked and cannot access their icomply profile.	Can be re-activated or archived via management system.
Blocked	User has had access to icomply temporarily revoked following 5 incorrect log in attempts.	Resets if user resets their password.
