Synchronisation Report

 

This report shows an overview of all document assignments and shows which users are up to and out of date.

  • Username – the email address of the user.
  • Unique ID –the user’s specific company user ID.
  • Role – the user’s role type.
  • Status – the user’s status.
  • emc document ID - the emc document ID of the SPC.
  • Document title – the title of the SPC as displayed on emc.
  • Date published on emc – the date and time the SPC was published to emc.
  • 1st Download of Current Version (Local) - This column will show the confirmed timestamp of the first time the current version of the document was downloaded by the user to any device.
  • Most Recent Download Started (Server) – the most recent date and time that our server received a request to start downloading the document.
  • Most Recent Download Finished (Local) – the date and time from the user’s iPad that the document finished downloading.
  • Most Recent Download Confirmed (Server) – the date and time that our server received confirmation from the user’s iPad that download of the document had completed.
  • State – the current state the user’s document relationship.
    • Never Downloaded - The user has never downloaded this document and has an update request pending.
    • Download Pending Confirmation - The user has started a download of the current version of the document but their device has not yet confirmed the download is complete. In this case the user probably has an event on their device pending upload. To resolve the user should open the app and allow a sync cycle to complete.
    • Up to Date - The user has downloaded the document and their device has confirmed back to us that the download was successful.
    • Out of Date - The user is not in possession of the latest version of the document and has not yet made an attempt to download it. In this case the user will have an update request pending.
