The following Metrics are displayed on the SmPC Report:
SmPC page statistics
The ranking of each SmPC (Summary of Product Characteristics) page.
- In order of Page Views, with the associated percentage value.
- Clicking on any SmPC will filter the data in the other charts in this report.
Device Category
Shows the percentage of visitors using a mobile, desktop, or tablet in order to view your product pages.
- If you hover over a segment of the pie chart, the user numbers as well as percentages will be displayed.
Scroll Depth
This shows how far users are scrolling on your product pages.
- These are registered at the 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.
How are Page Views by Page or Device Category trending over time?
This shows the number of page views over the time period determined by the date filter
- This works in conjunction with any Page or Device Category filters applied
- It also shows the values for the previous period.
- If you hover over a dot on the graph, the values for that data point will be displayed.
SmPC page interaction
This chart shows the number of user clicks on SmPC section headings.
- These can be filtered by product page by clicking on an SmPC in the page statistics chart.
