      RMM Downloads

       

      The following Metrics are displayed on the RMM Downloads report:

       

      RMM Downloads by RMM Title

      This is the total number of RMM downloads by RMM Title.

      • This total will include downloads accessed via a product, via emc’s RMM Directory, or directly from a bookmarked link or web search. 

        

      RMM Downloads by RMM Title and Product

      This shows the number of RMM Downloads by RMM Title and split by how the RMM was accessed.

      • If the RMM is accessed via a product, the product name will be shown. 

       

      RMM Downloads by RMM Title over time

      This shows the number of downloads over the time period determined by the date filter, along with the values for the previous period, for a maximum of 10 RMM titles. 

      • If you hover over a dot on the graph, the values for that data point will be displayed.
