emc icomply is a free download from the IOS App store or the Google Play store.

To log in you will need an account. Once an account is set up you will receive a ‘welcome’ email.
The ‘welcome’ email contains a link through which you may set your password.
If you ever have need to reset your password, you can request a new link by entering your email address on this page, clicking continue and Reset your password:

The first time you log in to the app your SmPC documents will be delivered and stored for offline access.
To ensure your portfolio of documents are kept up to date, check the app on a daily basis.
