How Product Groups are updated

If you need to modify the name or update an existing, published Product Group, you can request changes.

To make changes to product groups, please email servicedesk@datapharm.com  

How to move products into the same product group

If the products you want to link are not currently in the same product group, you will need assistance to update this.

To make changes to product groups, please email servicedesk@datapharm.com  

Once the Help Desk has updated the product group, you will be able to share the document with all relevant products.

Can a document be shared across different Product Group?

No. A document can only be shared with multiple products if they all belong to the same product group.
