Outage Occurrences Report

 

An ‘outage’ is when a user views an out of date document (which can happen if they reject an update).

  • Username – the email address of the user.
  • Corporate Name – the user’s specific company user ID.
  • emc Document id - the emc document ID of the SPC.
  • Document Title – the name of the SPC as displayed on emc.
  • Version Number Viewed – the version number of the SPC which was viewed on the user’s iPad.
  • Version Number Available – the version number of the SPC which was available to the user at the time they viewed the SPC.
  • Date of SPC Usage – the date and time the SPC was viewed on the user’s iPad.
  • Date Server Notified – the date and time our server received notification of the outage.
  • Mgt System Notified of Change – the date and time the most recent version of the SPC was updated on emc (Note: this will be blank for new SPCs on emc).
  • Date Download Confirmed – the date and time the SPC on the user’s iPad was synchronised.
  • Download Confirmation Received – the date and time confirmation of download was received by our server.
  • Date Last Submitted – the date and time the SPC was submitted to emc Document Management System. This relates to the version available at the time the SPC on the iPad was viewed.
  • Date Published – the date and time the SPC was published on emc. This relates to the version available at the time the SPC on the iPad was viewed.
  • Date Access Granted – the date the SPC was assigned to the user’s account in the icomply management system. (Note: if access to the SPC has been assigned and rescinded a number of times this will display the most recent event).
  • Date Access Rescinded – the date the SPC was removed from the use’s account in the icomply management system. (Note: if access to the SPC has been assigned and rescinded a number of times this will display the most recent event. This will be blank if access has never been rescinded).
  • Update Notification Received – the date and time the user was notified on their iPad that an update to the SPC document was available.
  • Server Date Notification Received – the date and time confirmation of the user’s receipt of notification was received by our server.
