Nightly Summary Email Notification

emc icomply will notify administrators by email of any instance whereby App Users are not compliant in possessing the latest SmPC. This is where an app user has not yet updated their document portfolio to the latest version.

By default, all Administrators will receive the overnight email if at least one app user is out of date. This can be turned on or off in the management system via the 'nightly summary recipient' checkbox within the Users > Edit User:
