How will I know if someone in my address book has unsubscribed?
If someone has unsubscribed, the Opted In column will show “No” next to their name.
If you attempt to send them a broadcast, the system will warn you that they will first receive an opt‑in request.
If preferred, you can delete the contact from your address book instead.

Can I have more than one address book?
No. The address book is shared across your company account, and all users see the same list of contacts.
Any changes you make, adding or deleting a contact, are reflected for everyone. If you delete a contact, it will no longer appear for any user in your company.
If you’re interested in having multiple address books, please let us know so we can consider it as a future enhancement.
What happens if I upload a CSV with invalid email addresses?
Invalid email formats are automatically flagged on screen.
They won’t be added to your usable address book until the errors are corrected.
You can edit or delete any invalid entries and re‑upload the file as needed. The system will automatically check whether an email address already exists.
