-
Your organisation acts as the Data Controller
By adding an email address, you confirm that you have either:

2. Manage Your Address Book and Unsubscribes
After uploading contacts, you can:
- Select which recipients should receive the broadcast
- Delete contacts from the shared address book
⚠ Important:
The address book is shared across your company account. All users access the same contact list, and any changes: such as adding or deleting a contact, are reflected for everyone. If you delete a contact, it will no longer appear for any user in your organisation.
If someone unsubscribes:
- Their status will update in your address book
- They must receive an opt‑in email and click to confirm opt-in before they can receive future broadcasts
- No broadcast will be sent to them until they opt back in
3. Sending a Broadcast Email
After selecting your contacts:
- Click “Confirm Contacts”
- You will see a final summary of your broadcast list
- You can preview the email using the Preview email button
When ready, click “Send Broadcast”.
A confirmation message will appear once sent.

- A button to view the updated document directly (e.g., View SmPC)
The email also contains standard information such as support contact details, an automated‑email disclaimer, and an unsubscribe link.
4. View Change Broadcast Reports
To check what was sent and to whom:
- Open the Reports page
- Select “Change broadcast report”
This provides an audit of all your broadcast activity.
