How to add Live Chat

Live Chat is a free‑text content tab that lets you provide information on how to access your medicines information web‑chat service.

To enable a Live Chat tab, email servicedesk@datapharm.com with:

• The text you want included
• The Live Chat URL
• Whether it applies to all products or selected ones
• Whether it should display always or only at specific times
