      How Long is the Submissions Process?

       

      • The NHSBSA will process each submission as quickly as possible.

      • The NHSBSA needs to receive a submission 2 weeks before your ‘effective date’ to guarantee that the change will be made on the dm+d database by this date.

      The effective date is the date your submission should be added to or removed from the NHS dm+d database. The change will be seen on emc med data up to 5 working days later.

       

      Please Note 📝

      The NHSBSA prioritises submissions by effective date and then by the date the submission was sent to the NHSBSA (the earliest submission date having priority).
