How do I add or update a Product Group?

You can create a new Product Group from the home page, using the 'create submission' button at the top-right of the screen 

Creating a Product Group allows you to easily manage content that you want associated to multiple products/presentations

A Product Group refers to a collection or category of related products that share common 
characteristics, including the same name (brand or generic) and active ingredients.

Product Groups are created as part of the submission to emc as shown above. Any modifications or updates to approved Product Groups can be requested via email to servicedesk@datapharm.com

The Product Family will be created automatically upon creating the Product Group.

Once you have created a Product Group, you can save it as draft and come back to it later if you need to, or you can start creating products for this group, uploading and associating content such as SmPC's and PILs to the products to be published on emc.
