What do I do if I spot an error on the dm+d Database?

If you find an error in your data on the dm+d browser you should use emc med data (dm+d) to create the appropriate submission to correct the data (please see help page 'When Do We Need to Make a Submission and What Type?').

Please Note 📝

The dm+d database is an extensive database and includes not only your available products, but also discontinued products, clinical trial products, and imports.

Once a product has been added to the dm+d database it is never deleted.

Discontinued products will be marked as not available. Before making an emc med data dm+d submission to discontinue a product, please check emc med data via https://meddata.medicines.org.uk/ to view your detailed product entries and check the availability field.
