      File Type, Size and Quality

      SmPC Documents

      For SmPCs, we only accept Word documents. Do not submit SmPCs that have track changes, are scanned, or are password protected. The Word document can contain tables, graphs, and images but make sure the Word document is not contained within a table/image.

      PIL Documents

      For PILs, we only accept high quality PDF documents. Do not submit PILs that are scanned, have production markings around the edge, have pages in the wrong order or are password protected. If you only have a Word document and are unable to convert it into PDF format, please email servicedesk@datapharm.com. The maximum file size is 3MB.
