Why can’t I submit the product?

A product cannot be submitted on its own. A valid submission must include either an SmPC or a PIL. emc Publisher requires at least one of these primary documents to be attached and submitted together with the product details.

Until an SmPC or PIL is added, the Submit button will remain unavailable.

If you attempt to submit a product without one of these required documents, you will see an alert message indicating that content is missing.
