To access the icomply mobile app, or update to the latest versions, please install or download the latest updates on the app store or Google Play store. The version installed on the users’ iOS or Android device is displayed on the Users table under the ‘App Version’ column. Please ensure that your users are always running on the latest versions to enjoy bug fixes and feature upgrades.

Please note that users require iOS 17.0 or later to run the app.

From time to time new versions of the emc icomply App will be released. The version installed on the users’ iOS or Android device is displayed on the ‘All Users’ page and in the ‘Export CSV User List’. The version number displayed is updated each time the user logs in to emc icomply on their device.

Please note that you should strongly encourage your users to ensure the latest version of the emc icomply app is installed on their device at all times. This is a simple process via the Apple App Store and instructions on how to enable automatic updates are included in the emc icomply User guide.
