Troubleshooting change broadcast

Why is a contact still not receiving broadcasts after I send an opt‑in request?

If a contact has previously unsubscribed:

  • They must click the opt‑in email to re‑subscribe.
  • Until they confirm, they remain unsubscribed and will not receive broadcasts.

If they report not receiving the opt‑in email:

  • Ask them to check spam/junk
  • Confirm their email address is correct in your address book

Who should I contact if something doesn’t work as expected?

If you experience an error or your broadcast doesn’t send:

  1. Take a screenshot of the error (if possible)
  2. Note the date, time, and SmPC/product involved
  3. Contact the Datapharm Service Desk with above details
