Bulk actions

The bulk actions on the Users screen allows client administrators to manage multiple users at once, helping to drive efficiency and apply changes consistently across their organisation.

To get started, select one or more users using the checkboxes in the table. Once selected, the available actions appear above the list. Client admins can perform the following actions, depending on the types and statuses of users selected:

  • Assign documents
  • Add to groups
  • Resume
  • Suspend
  • Archive

Grant selected users’ access to specific documents. This is useful when you need to quickly distribute new documents to multiple users at the same time, without creating a group for them.

Add users to one or more existing groups in a single action. This ensures they inherit the correct document access based on group membership.

Reactivate users who have previously been suspended, restoring their access to the system and assigned content.

Temporarily disable a user’s access without removing or archiving their account. This is ideal for users who may need access again the future. They will also be suspended from appearing in audit reports.

Permanently remove users from active use. Archived users no longer have access, helping client administrators keep their user list and audit logs clean and up to date.
