Adding Documents to a User

 

This screen shows the documents assigned to a selected user and to add and remove documents to their portfolio.

 

 

The ‘User documents’ count shows how many documents the selected user is currently assigned.


To assign a document click “Add Document” to launch a pop up containing 3 drop downs.

 

 

The first drop-down allows you to select your region - "UK/GB" / "NI"


The second drop-down contains a list of manufacturers and defaults to your own (but can be changed if you wish to assign other emc SmPCs).


The third drop-down contains a list of documents determined by the selections in the first two drop downs.

  • You may also type in the third drop down to filter the list of matching documents.

 

The fourth drop-down contains a list of that company’s active ingredients.

 

To remove a document from a user click “Remove”.

 

Please Note 📝

You may only remove directly assigned documents through this screen. 

To unassign group membership documents you must either remove the user or the document from the group.
